In a country where access to essential clothing and basic healthcare still remains a challenge for many, initiatives that restore dignity along with support are becoming increasingly important. While urban consumers experience abundance, a large section of society continues to rely on community-driven efforts for everyday needs. Addressing this gap, Crescendo Foundation, the social initiative of Crescendo Global, took a meaningful step towards inclusive wellbeing.
On the occasion of celebrating 12 years of Crescendo Global, the Crescendo Foundation organised a donation drive and visited Neki Ki Dukaan in Ludhiana on 15th April. Employees of Crescendo Global actively contributed by donating clothes, books, and other essentials to support the initiative. Neki Ki Dukaan is a unique concept that enables underprivileged individuals to shop with dignity by purchasing items of their choice at a nominal price of Rs 20. The funds collected through these purchases are further utilised to support charitable causes, including providing free medicines to those in need.
The initiative reflected Crescendo Foundation’s vision of building a wellness-driven ecosystem that extends beyond the workplace into the community. By participating in this drive, employees contributed to a model that empowers individuals while ensuring access to essential resources in a respectful and inclusive manner.
Speaking on the occasion, Raghav Choudhary, Managing Director and Founder of Crescendo Global, said, “As we celebrate 12 years of Crescendo Global, it is important for us to give back in ways that create real impact. Through Crescendo Foundation, we aim to support initiatives that promote dignity, wellbeing, and access for all. Neki Ki Dukaan stands as a powerful example of how small contributions can create meaningful change in people’s lives.”
The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees, reinforcing Crescendo Global’s culture of collective responsibility and purpose-driven action. By aligning celebrations with social impact, the organisation continues to strengthen its commitment to community wellbeing.
